  • The App collects real-time location data to track users’ speed and routes.
  • Location data is necessary for the App’s core functionality.
  • The App uses Google Maps API for mapping and route tracking.
  • Users can disable location access at any time through their device settings, but doing so may impact functionality.

4. Advertising and In-App Purchases

  • The App displays Google Ads to support free usage.
  • Users have the option to make a one-time purchase to remove advertisements from the App.
  • All purchases are processed securely through the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
  • No refunds are provided for in-app purchases unless required by applicable law.

5. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers.
  • Attempt to access or extract data from the App unlawfully.
  • Misuse or tamper with the Google Maps API used within the App.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

  • The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as names or addresses.
  • Location data is stored and processed only to provide tracking functionalities within the App.
  • Our use of Google Maps API is subject to Google’s Terms of Service.
  • By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to our data collection practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • iDzyns is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or legal consequences resulting from the use of the App while operating a vehicle.
  • The App is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • iDzyns is not liable for any third-party services, including but not limited to Google Ads and Google Maps API.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes through the App or via email.
  • Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
