How Does It Work?
- Install & Activate the plugin from your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to WooCommerce > Bulk Product Update in your admin menu.
- Download your vendor’s latest price sheet and make sure it matches the required CSV format:
brand,sku,map,cost,upc,weight,height,length,width - Choose your brand from the dropdown.
- Upload your CSV file.
- (Optional) Check “Draft those products that exist on the website but do not exist in the data sheet” to automatically set old products to draft status.
- Click Start Bulk Update.
- Track progress in real-time and, when finished, download a CSV of new SKUs that were on your sheet but not in your catalog—so you know which items to add next.
Bulk Remove:
Need to quickly deactivate a set of products by SKU? Switch to the “Bulk Remove Products” tab, select a brand, upload your list of SKUs, and click Start. All matching products will be set to draft instantly.
